First, pick a bunch of mint leaves and rinse them well to remove all soil.
Then, fill a 2 Quart pot with about 1 1/2 Quarts of water and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove from heat. Crush the mint with your hands to release more of the flavor. Add the mint to the water.
Next, let the tea cool.
Finally, remove the leaves, pour the tea into desired beverage container. Add your choice of sweetener to taste, refrigerate and enjoy!
